Moore Health Innovations History
Moore Health Innovations was established in April 2017 as Moore Innovations, LLC. For nearly a decade, the firm has provided strategic consulting services to healthcare organizations and community-based institutions, specializing in clinical strategy, protocol development, health professional education, and occupational health program design.
In 2026, Moore Health Innovations expanded to full-time operations following the Principal's transition from a 10-year tenure as Medical Director of Clinic Services in public health.
Dr. Leo Moore
Dr. Leo Moore is a physician-leader specializing in medical innovation, health equity, and community-centered care. An internal medicine physician by training, Dr. Moore is also board-certified in HIV medicine and lifestyle medicine. Through Moore Health Innovations, he provides physician-led consulting to community-based organizations and health systems across the United States.
